Booking Services
BaliGoat.com acts as an intermediary between customers and boat operators. We facilitate bookings but are not a transportation provider. All tickets are subject to the boat operator’s terms and conditions.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in IDR and USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by operator and ticket type. Please review the specific terms at the time of booking. Processing fees may apply to cancellations.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information during booking. You are responsible for arriving at the correct departure point on time. BaliGoat is not liable for missed departures due to late arrival.
Intellectual Property
All content on BaliGoat.com, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Jifu LLC and protected by applicable laws.
Disclaimer
BaliGoat.com provides booking services on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties regarding the availability or quality of boat services. Weather conditions, sea conditions, and operator decisions may affect schedules.
Limitation of Liability
BaliGoat.com’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of enjoyment, or consequential losses.
